The routine is 4 weeks long and it also includes a specific warm-up & mobility protocol. It is designed to use a simple, linear progression: the most effective and efficient way for beginner athletes to progress with BOTH muscle and strength gains again.

If you’re looking for a little more focus on lower body or glutes, you can check out our Women’s Specialization Program or Glute Hypertrophy Program coming out very soon.

Our Gym Beginner Guide is designed as a Push/Pull/Legs Program,  that will have you working out 3 days per week. You can choose the weekly 3 training days according to whatever best suits your schedule. Just be sure to have at least one rest day between training days.

Yes, you will have to have either access to a properly equipped home gym setup or your favorite fitness club in order to run this program as intended.
